Return and Refund Policy for Joey’s Raw

Thank you for choosing Joey’s Raw for your pet’s nutritional needs! We take pride in providing high-quality raw and gently cooked pet food to keep your furry friends happy and healthy. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.


Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any concerns regarding your order on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Policy

We understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help! Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise compromised, please contact us at info@joeysraw.ca within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

  2. Incorrect Orders
    If you receive the wrong items or an incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

  3. Failed Delivery
    If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will refund the full purchase amount or arrange for a new delivery at no additional cost. Please note, we are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued for the following:

  • Orders that were delivered on time but not retrieved or stored correctly.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with product taste or texture (as pet preferences may vary).
  • Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@joeysraw.ca with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
