Shipping Policy for Joey’s Raw

At Joey’s Raw, we are committed to ensuring your pet food orders are delivered to you efficiently and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of our products.


Shipping and Delivery Areas

We deliver to select locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@joeysraw.ca before placing your order.


Shipping Schedule

  • Deliveries are made on Sundays and Wednesdays between 

Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your location.
  • Free delivery is available for orders over $180.00 - details will be provided at checkout.

Order Fulfillment and Packaging

  • Your order will be carefully packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.
  • We recommend refrigerating or freezing the products immediately upon receipt to ensure they remain fresh.

Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window.
  • If no one is available, you may provide delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the front door or with a concierge) during checkout.
  • Joey’s Raw is not responsible for the condition of perishable items left unattended at your specified location.

Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or lack of access to the delivery location, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping Notifications

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
  • On the day of delivery, you may receive a notification with an estimated delivery time.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us at info@joeysraw.ca within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Changes to Your Order or Address

  • Changes to your delivery address or order must be submitted at least 24 before your scheduled delivery.
