Cancellation Policy for Joey’s Raw

At Joey’s Raw, we offer subscription-based orders to provide a consistent and reliable meal plan for your pets. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for managing or canceling your subscription orders.

1. Subscription Orders

All orders are part of a recurring subscription. Changes or cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

2. Cancellation After Renewal

If you wish to cancel after your subscription order has renewed, the following charges apply based on the timing of your cancellation request:

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Renewal:

    • A 10% charge will be deducted from your order total to cover processing fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Delivery:

    • A 60% charge will apply to cover preparation and packaging costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  • Before Renewal:
    • Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the subscription settings to pause or cancel your subscription.
    • Alternatively, email us at info@joeysraw.ca with your cancellation request, including your name and subscription details.
  • After Renewal:
    • Email us at info@joeysraw.ca with your order number and request. Applicable charges will be calculated based on the timing of your cancellation request.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Applicable charges (10% or 60%) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
